After opening the redeeming page, first enter your code, then confirm your server and character information before tapping the redeem button. After redeeming successfully, please check your mail box. The Code Redeeming Center can be found on the main screen by pressing on the notices icon. If you go to the Events tab, it is at the very bottom.
