The Aurorians are a race in the world of Astra. Able to wield Luminatics, Aurorians have the power to fight against the Eclipsites and are the ones who have been keeping Astra safe from Eclipsite attacks.

Appearance[]

Aurorians can differ drastically in appearance, some taking on various non-human characteristics. Although exceptions occur, the majority have relatively humanoid body types.

Separate from demi-humans, this may include animal-like traits in varying intensity; for example, Vice has only white dragon tail, or as extreme as Korgon who appears as an anthropomorphic shark. Even further would be Kuma & Pengy, who appear mostly as animals.

Factions[]

The Aurorians live under the 7 factions recorded in the game associated with Aurorians:

  1. Illumina Federation: A military group located in Gannon City and other Undercities. They are the first line of defense against Eclipsites.
  2. Lumopolis: A governing city and the center of Aurorian civilization. Laws and strict hierarchy are the main core of this city.
  3. Umbraton: Located under the floating Lumopolis, Umbraton is a hub of commerce and trade. They are not governed by Lumopolis anymore. This place is lead by guilds or gang leaders.
  4. Rediesel Wrench: A nomadic alliance formed of adventurers, travelers, and bounty hunters. They are based in the dunes and living a carefree life. Usually they would steal from other factions, but they would never kill.
  5. Northland: A land that is engulfed in snow all year long. It is governed by a Queen and they usually do not associate themselves with other Astral's affairs.
  6. True Order: A secret society that does not have a fixed territory. They are in a mission to spread their belief of The Truth for all Aurorians. Almost like a cult...
  7. Independent: Nomads who do not have any alliance with the other factions. Small communities, unidentified organizations, and denizens of ancient ruins.
